Before the transformation

Due to the characteristics of the building , the garden is divided into two gardens , the south garden belongs to the entrance garden , and the main entrance link also connects with the living room on the south side , the north garden belongs to the back garden , the garden connects with the dining room .

Floor Plan

Many challenges were faced in the design of the courtyard and the solutions adopted emphasized the attention to detail and aesthetics. Emphasis was placed on designing courtyards to connect with the building and taking into account the sense of unity and elements of the whole. The patio's equipment and living elements were also taken into consideration to create a perfect and interesting patio space. The combination of plants, design details and framing effects creates a diverse, beautiful and satisfying environment for the courtyard.

Entry Space Design

In the design of the courtyard door , we follow the integration of the overall community environment , while taking into account the style consistency After opening the door , we need to solve the first visual problem of entering the garden . There is a glass daylight well in front of the courtyard door , so we need to beautify and block it in a way that does not affect the daylighting of the space below .

Leisure spaces

The originally divided space was used in a more complete way by remodeling the site, so the two areas that had previously been divided were consolidated. At the same time, the leisure area and the indoor living space are perfectly combined, so that indoor and outdoor interactions are more convenient.

In addition , it is also hoped that there will be a better landscape experience in the leisure area , so the indoor living room area is faced with water to increase the fluidity of the space and the interest of the landscape , and the atmosphere of the leisure area is filled by the combination of plants and lights .

Plant construction

The vegetation in the surrounding environment of the project is dominated by dark green . We agree with the client 's point of view on the plant matching of the project . We hope to reflect the uniqueness of the space through the color of the plants , so when we match plants , we use a lot of plants with gray-green leaf color as the main tone , and then blend into the overall hard installation to create a unique landscape effect .

Imagine , in the garden at night, landscape lighting like a magician's hand, a flick, the whole space will have a different charm。Warm lighting, like a lover's whisper, warm and romantic；And the cold tone of the light is like the rhythm of the city, modern and simple.

The sculptures, fountains, and specialty plants in the garden may be attractive enough during the day, but at night, with the lighting, they become the focus under the starlight. Every detail is deftly outlined by the lights, allowing people to appreciate the unique charm of the garden at night. In the garden at night, the landscaping lights are like a magician's hand. With a single wave, the whole space glows with different charms.

Meet the beauty of materials

The facade uses a dark aluminum alloy with a unique color number - sq43678. Remember, be sure to ask the manufacturer to sample according to this color number (2-3 close colors), because the charm of color is always in unexpected nuances. The water feature facade uses elegant French white sandstone, a beautiful material that is not suitable for the ground because it is a bit more cumbersome to maintain. The ground choice is more practical and aesthetically pleasing - quartz tile, whose durability and ease of care make the space more durable.
